It sounds to me like you have had an underlying problem anyway, and this does, from your remarks, suggest ligaments (ligaments clicks are usually in my experience, but that&#039;s in gymnastics). So I might be wrong. Short term is to rest up - you do not have a choice anyway, because the pain will get worse. You also need to get proper scans of both lower limbs and see exactly what is going on. As for this moment? Any chance you can get to a physio and an ultra-sound? My immediate suggestion? Well, if possible, as I said, rest and wait till your folks come home. Deal with it then. It is probably a minor prob and can be easily fixed. But, if you continue to work on a damaged foot / feet, you really WANTS damage yourself.</description>
