    Most definitely. Just put the leg on hot so it is covering your heel. Then take a pair of scissors and make a small snip as far above and below your heel as you would like. Then take off the leg warmer and finish cutting the rest of the curve. Good Luck.

    I have done this before and started to fray the edges so I would reinforce the edges of the heel cut you off You simply sew along the edges of the hole So that wont loosen and fray the fabric and break and all that bad stuff. : D Hope this helped!
