   No, I think Gael said that Anita is not known for Southern cooking and so it was a surprise to see, they do it so well.

   Art is Homosexuell.Sie make a passing mention to it in the first episode he is in, but also in the Quick Fire: “OK, type, use, limp wrist!” Seems it that the high-quality kitchen world (and Bravo, of course), more progressive tendency of these things.
