I have some 9 ¨ balletheel boots for about 15 years owned and really know how much exercise is needed to treat them. Her boots seem really well made, this is very important with such a severe style.

No ballet dancers tend to like them intensively. They were created around the same time, like a pointe shoe, but for more nefarious reasons.

Anyway, it occurred to me that the biggest lesson is learning to stretch and to show, not only for the weight back down to sit on the heel (or) the lack thereof. I still might need a mentor. Tee-hee.
